Goodbye Aarhus
Last pics from my room in Aarhus. Across the street is this lovely threatre and church. My little room has served me well!

Stanstead to Heathrow to Copenhagen to Aarhus
I ran into a nightmare that is Ryanair to get to Denmark. Long story short, I had to rush back to Heathrow from Stansted Airport and rebook a flight with British Airways to Copenhagen. 36 hours from my room in London including a 5 hour trip standing on a packed train, I made it to the seaside town of Aarhus, where I'll be for a week for a conference. Was so exhausted after the commute that I completely slept in during my first class at Aarhus University, got lost and ended up wondering around and around in the residential zone. As lovely as it was!

Harrod's
To experience the underground I took the train to Knightsbridge to see none other than Harrod's. Quite a Khaliji playground... I just went straight for the food halls and picked up a little Harrod's lunch bag and a tin of short bread for mum.
Was too distracted to take pictures in the Harrod's food halls, but snapped a shot of the Egypt room

Tate modern, London
Spent a morning in Tate modern in my last hours in London.
I then walked across the millennium bridge to St Paul's Cathedral, which took my breathe away.

The British Museum, London
Of all the touristy things I saw in London, the British Museum (which was right around the corner from where I was staying, at the University of London International hall) was my absolute favourite. I'm a huge history geek so I put up with the crowds and dedicated a decent amount of time there.
Allo London!
I spent Eid alone in London this year :(, as I'm currently in Europe to attend a conference in Denmark. According to my iphone I've walked 65kms in 3 days like an absolute nut. My feet have never hurt so much. But here are some pictures of my walking tour/getting lost in London.
London has been amazing.
